Privacy Policy
Last updated: FEBRUARY 22 2022

Sketchy Dog LLC (known throughout this document as "us", "we", or "our") operates Sketchy Dog LLC AKA "Sketchy Dog Media" AKA "Sketchy Dog Music" AKA "Sketchy Dog" AKA "Sketchy Dog Films", (known throughout this document as "Services") as well as our website, located at "http://www.sketchy.dog", as well as multiple internet properties. These properties are located on servers and devices owned by companies like Google, YouTube, Rumble, GabTV, and many others (known collectively in this document as The "Sites" and/or "Site"). This document is meant to inform you of our handling of privacy policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information and disclosure of both public and personal information that is obtained through a variety of methods. The Privacy Policy provides you with a blanket understanding of how we treat your Personal Information that we receive ACROSS ALL OF OUR SERVICES, UNLESS EXPLICITLY STATED OTHERWISE. If stated otherwise, the software, website, or product will contain a "Privacy Policy Supplementary" document, which will go in to detail about the differences and changes in handling procedures for your Personal Information. The Site is also covered under this privacy policy.

Sketchy Dog LLC uses your Personal Information for providing, improving, and maintaining our services and the Site. By using the Site at any time, you agree to the collection and use of ALL information, in accordance with this policy. Your agreement to The Sketchy Dog LLC data collection and monitoring is non-revocable, and it provides you no kind of warranty, expressed or otherwise, for services rendered, products delivered, or displays, etc and is not meant to be a full and thorough list of data that is collected. Rather, this document serves as a guide of general ideas about what we do with your Personal Information. Sketchy Dog LLC does NOT provide detailed lists of data, as it may change at any time and we don't like updating documents. Your use of our services and/or servers signals your intention to agree with all of this, and to allow us the ability to collect and use your personal information for a period NO LESS than 42069 years. While Sketchy Dog LLC may delete and purge Personal Information in durations less than the 42069 year timeframe, it is not guaranteed.

Data Collection And Information Use
While using our Site and/or Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. We also may collect it without asking you. Personally identifiable information should be assumed to include your name, email, IP address, DOB, SSN, DNA, and other sensitive information ("Personal Information").

In addition to Personal Information listed above, we also collect log data from all services and sources. Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages you visit, the time and date of visits, time spent on pages, and many, many other disturbingly accurate and easy to collect statistics.

In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze the data being collected. Since we're talking about Google here, you can only imagine what kind of things they are doing with your PII. In order to even try and get a grasp of what kind of bizarre things they are doing with and to your data, you'll need to find Google's privacy policy. The same goes for any other 3rd parties that we partner with. You can find which other companies we partner with by running tcpdump, wireshark, or any other network monitoring tools, or reverse engineer our tools - we don't mind. But, we do mind having to list every single 3rd party we deal with.

Communications
We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and spam. We probably won't contact you, though. We just don't really spam all that much.

Cookies
Cookies are files with small amount of data, and a tracking number or code that makes you way less anonymous if you screw up and try to hide behind a VPN without clearing all of your cached web browser data, like the cookies we use. We track all sessions to our web servers with cookies, and cookies are stored on your computer or phone's internal or external storage. Like most websites, we use "cookies" to collect information instead of just generating and sending cookies for no reason, like some sites. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, however, if you do not accept cookies, you are violating the terms of use of the Site and are probably committing a crime. Don't ever deny our cookies or we'll be totally upset and possibly cry. We may also get angry and block your ISP. You agree that all of this is fine for a period of time no less than 42069 years.

Security
The security of your Personal Information is of little importance to us, because we don't really actually collect all that much of it. Since everything is hackable, especially things transmitted over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, your Personal Data is almost certainly going to be stolen - if not from us, from someone else that's more important, like your utility companies or credit card company.

We strive to use military grade encryption where we can, but honestly the military gets owned all the time too. We don't make any guarantees about the protection of your Personal Information, and you agree that this is ok by using any of our products or services.

Changes To This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of (FEBRUARY 22 2023) and will remain in effect for 42069 years (FEBRUARY 22 44092) unless you see an update. If you see an update, that means the new policy is in effect, immediately after being posted. This isn't rocket science.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time, and without warning. You should check this Privacy Policy periodically if you care at all, but really did you even learn anything by reading this in the first place? It's a rhetorical question, we don't care what your answer is.

Your continued use of our Services and Sites after we post any policies or modifications to the Privacy Policy will constitute your acknowledgment, affirmation, agreement, and recommendation of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will never notify you about it, and the only way you'll ever know is if you happen to check the Privacy Policy for updates. That's just how it is.
